The future of human health isn't a moment of diagnosis or treatment. It's a continuous reality — and building the systems to reflect that is the most important work happening in health today.

That's why I'm Chief Growth Officer at BlockHaven, working alongside founder and CEO Justin Kastil, whose driving conviction is simple and radical: "Building the systems required for continuity in human health." Together, we're bringing the Health Intelligence Network™ to the world — a fundamentally new approach where trust and privacy aren't policies that can quietly shift, but are engineered into the platform itself.

This work is the fullest expression of a mission I've been living for nearly two decades.

In 2009, I founded the Digital Health group on LinkedIn with a single purpose: to catalyze digital health globally by connecting and informing every stakeholder in the ecosystem. As the community grew, a pattern became impossible to ignore — the prevailing lexicon wasn't capturing the true scale of transformation underway, nor tying together the specific technological forces driving it. That insight led me to resurrect and redefine "digital health" in 2012 — a term that had languished in obscurity since the 1990s — establishing it as the umbrella concept for the convergence of the digital and genomic revolutions reshaping health, healthcare, daily living, and society itself.

The group has since grown to 100,000+ members across the globe. That same conviction inspired me to write *The Fourth Wave: Digital Health* — building on futurist Alvin Toffler's *The Third Wave*, defining digital health, and mapping the new era of human progress it's creating.
